Containing a minimum of 65% freshly prepared meat, Lovejoys® Pure & Simple ready to eat meals for adult dogs are all grain free. Our Chicken with Sweet Potato and Vegetables is made using the best quality, freshly prepared chicken, sourced in the UK. We combine the chicken with a blend of sweet potato, vegetables, herbs and sunflower oil to make a ready to eat meal that dogs love.
For dogs of any type and size that prefer a grain free diet, Pure & Simple is the ideal food, the 65% meat content provides added palatability and all the necessary fibre is provided by the sweet potato.
Natural additives and extracts are also added, these include Yeast to support a healthy immune system, Cranberry to aid urinary tract health, plus Glucosamine and Chondroitin to support healthy joints.
There are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in any of our diets. Naturally good is the way we make them and promise that we always will.

Feeding Guidlines
Lovejoys® Pure & Simple is normally fed dry, but do make sure there is always a separate bowl of water available, alternatively it can be moistened with warm water which will bring out the flavour.
You can feed in one meal a day or two. If your dog prefers two feeds a day, we recommend one third in the morning and two thirds in the evening. See the feeding guide table for the correct amount.

These guidelines are not a fixed rule. If you think your dog needs a little longer to get used to their new food, increase the number of days over which you integrate it into their diet.
We also know that a lot of owners like to ‘mix it up a bit’, feeding a mixture of dry and wet food. If you’d prefer to be a Lovejoys® mixer, we recommend that whatever amount you reduce the dry food by, you replace with double the amount of Lovejoys® Pure & Simple wet food. For example, if you normally feed your dog 150g of dry food and you reduce the amount by 50g, we would recommend you replace with 100g of Lovejoys® Pure & Simple wet food.
